Please stop metagaming god alignments / basing good evil on deities alone

Leaving aside the OOC ramifications of ganking-
ICly, I can see a staunch warrior adherent of kelemvor judging someone based solely on the fact they follow Velsharoon (if he knows who velsharoon is). Now, leaving law aside, they're probably not going to be the best of friends, because even if the Shoony never animated a corpse or never thought to become a lich, that's what his God's dogma is all about.
PRAYING to a God and WORSHIPING them are DIFFERENT in FR. Unlike a true polytheistic society, FR follows a version of henotheism / polytheism mix. You have one God as your patron, to whom you make most of your offerings to, but pray to many Gods out of need. This is because however polytheistic and open minded you are, your soul can only go to one God.
This is different from a true polytheistic society where you worship all Gods out of need, basically. Some Gods are more important than others, Like say, Jupiter over Janus.

That's a DMs call to make, Kingsmen but...
- Unless evil suspect committed a crime, good guy is going to be wanted by the law. No less than the evil guy who attacks a law abiding goody.
- Good does not tolerate harming innocents. Yes there is a difference between a lay follower and a champion. A mistake runs the risk of being disowned by your own people/patron.
Basically when you end up wanted with evil and chaotic points for attacking an unarmed priest of Shar during a peaceful ceremony, don't be surprised. Yes good slays evil, but just like the guys who don't kill kobold children, it has its quirks.
You're damn right the moment someone says they worship bane or even pray to him, every self respecting good guy will do all he can to stop Banes influence and keep an eye on them.

Exactly.

If someone's wearing holy symbols of Clar Banda or Bane -I am- going to assume they're evil.
There's books everywhere about these gods.
Also, I -reaaaaaaaaaally- don't understand why the warden or the king or whoever makes the law decision did not ban the worshiping of evil gods by law. If I would play a paladin of Tyr I would call Arabel and Cormyr protectors of evil. It simply doesn't make sense. Worshipping Clar Banda, Bane, Cyric, Shar, should be something hidden in old town or hidden inside the citadel, not openly shown.
Just to explain my point.. how can what follows be allowed to be worshipped inside the spire of the citadel, by any logic?
In 1379, it is known that Banda through some unholy ritual gained deityhood through the sponsorship and aid of Shar near the region of the Stonelands at the edge of the Anauroch Desert. The ritual is believed to have consumed the souls of hundreds of people slain in plagues and disasters Banda perpetuated against the region of Arabel and the now cursed village of Hallowfaust; once called East Way and a thriving farming town.
SETTING-SPECIFIC HISTORY: Banda was a long time enemy of Arabel
