Community Reminder - Blue NPCs

Hello everyone,
Just a gentle reminder to the wider community that blue NPCs are present even in the absence of a DM, and their presence must always be taken into account.
If you are feeling uncertain, please take a moment to gather yourself and wait for a DM to become available, even if it means you need to wait for a short while. Taking actions that blue NPCs would undoubtedly react to, without a DM present, is considered metagaming, particularly in PvP and legal scenarios.
We would also like to remind everyone that while it is considerate to be mindful of other players' requests OOCly, taking IC actions for OOC reasons is not acceptable and breaches our community rules. It is irrelevant whether the player desires it or not; using OOC means to influence an IC outcome is not permissible.
IC actions can have significant consequences for players who may feel pressured by OOC motivations from others, resulting in an unenjoyable and toxic situation that benefits no one.
Please exercise patience during uncertain scenarios. If you foresee an interaction requiring clarification, it would be prudent to reach out to a DM ahead of time. It is preferable to wait a few hours than to have to retcon and roll back events. DMs cannot always be available, and we continually strive to create as many tools as possible to minimize the lead time between IC situations and DM arrival.
