      Issue Description: There's no option to create platinum wire, which is still used in a couple Alchemy recipes. Character has 5 tinkering, so I don't think the option is being hidden due to difficulty.

        looks like it got left out when i did a rework of the device script
        will add it back in

          Actually.... (oops)
          Recipes that required platinum were changed to not require platinum (thieves tools +8, +10) and others were changed to shop purchase only (compound bow cam)
