      Issue Location: Troll Bog Transitions (Both)
      Quest Name: Troll Bog
      Server Version: 230716 Echo 8067

      Issue Description: King's Forest Dehdluk (Troll Bog) transition is an open transition with no flag to prevent non-quest takers from entering.

      Troll Bog exit transition is missing.
