      Issue Description: Strife and Discord said there was a caching problem with the Dummies. He knows more about this then me, Idk what he did

      Only CoA player whose Mom is cooler than he is.

        I was just about to fill out a report for this. Also happening in the starting area, you can change colours however…

          This seems to be a result of regression due to our game version updates and more specifically to NWNX_Util_Get2DARowCount() being deprecated and actually no longer working properly. I already pushed a hotfix which seems to be working.

          The fix will be integrated with version 20230531 Strife 8006.
          Please confirm also after it is live.
