Research: A new serum

[V-Rage]

It is known the Precept had a serum to inhabit spellcasting on criminal spellcasters or those they called "Strays"
I had hoped to recover some for study during the raid on the Precept but was unable to locate any, Though considering what was learned on the Precept it was likely abberant in nature.

Still there is a benefit to being able to stop criminals casting for a time.

Against sorcerors perhaps a poison and spells with reagents that cause self doubt would be effective as they cast via force of personality

Graveyard dust would be a good reagent to start with as it would cause sorrow along with skeleton knuckles
