A week or so ago the Precept performed a ritual in the sanctum.
Since then people have been reporting strange dreams and nightmares and the feeling of being watched.
Efforts will be made to try and question members of the Precept if they leave the sanctum

With the warrant approved for searching the precept this is a good opportunity to forge closer ties with House Mossmere.
The dream chamber will be searched and researched to find out how it works and their serum will be seized and shared with house Mossmere.
If it can be recreated it would be most useful for controlling mages who will not register and are not of the nobility

The precept are no more.
Our raid arrested Hector, Belinda and others and discovered the truth behind the precept.
The dream chamber was powered by the spirit of someone trapped and bound into the stone to guide the dreams of the children the precept took in to encourage them to empower their bloodline.
In return for the stone being destroyed the trapped being said they would transport us to the true masters.
It was decided to do this and a portal opened which led to a hidden facility.
Inside we found experiments like people with their brains removed but still living and bloodhounds with tubes and metallic parts.
The true master was found and slain. Most likely an illithid with enhancements
