In conversation with Wagoneer you can choose to go to Collinwood, but they deliver you to random caravan locations.

i couldnt find the caravan entrance by the west gates, is there meant to be a ticket master there or are we meant to use the north gates?

I put the caravan that was supposed to be in collinwood on the high road (oops!). Use the north gate guy. No need for 2 setups that close together.
