Area: Storm Horns: Misty River

Location:

The area where there is a circle and rectangle cannot be reached.

The rectangle is a Point of Interest (wolf statue)
The circle is a gem node / ore node possible spawn location
The X is a jump placeable that when used, leads to the other X. Looks like these are not in the right place!
