Record: Obsidian Skulls

Fellows,
During a simple patrol of Arabel, I heard rumors of a mercenary company, the Obsidian Skulls, making an appearance at the Crown Guard at the same time. I also appeared at the Crown Guard, and certainly enough, two mercenaries were there conversing.
I met a man named Lohier who, despite all appearances, was very pleasant and charming. Not something you would expect of a Zhent.
There was another- I cannot recall her name. It might have been Lucia. Either way, the woman was clearly Lohier's superior.
The Crown Guard personally welcomed them into the city and have invited them to hunt and cull the wererats.
I think it is imperative that any Fellows working within Arabel to keep a keen eye on these Skulls, as I imagine that they have other nefarious motives for having a presence in the city. I also suspect they will lie, cheat and murder for their own gain; so we must maintain and record any evidence against them so that they can be ejected from the city walls.
Again, they have not done anything to warrant action against them... yet.
As it is, this will act as a preface to the file on them.

Been asked about this lot.... They be drafting new recruits. Will be a time that them and us will come to blows. Keep watchful.
