      Proposed announcement:

      The Lawbook of the former Bishopric of Eveningstar is now defunct, and all laws within it are the same as in Arabel.

      Additional law:

      Begging - Serious Crime. It promotes charity, being poor and idleness. If you have the ability to beg you can go and farm salt for the Crown in Eveningstar or some mine somewhere.
