IC Recommendations

Please consider that when you make a recommendation for a character you are putting your character's reputation on the line. Recommendations should come after some RP where the candidate convinces you ICly why they should be trusted.

Some basics that should be covered in the IC rp session

Full name
Useful skills (class etc)
Background
Any dreams, wishes, goals etc they have ICly
Why they want to be part of the group/faction

Some things that should be included in the IC recommendation

Make a separate topic for discussion. Once the PCs have all agreed, put it under approvals/recruits etc and tag the dms on the forums and discord.
Why your PC thinks they would be a good addition to the faction and what they can bring.
