Expansion and Influence

While long term we need to look at establishing ourselves fully within Arabel we should also look closer to home, taking smaller steps to expand our reach.
Hullack -
Push into the woodland, cutting back the forest and driving out whatever villainy resides there (lycanthropes and shit like that)
Eveningstar -
Expand our boarders absorbing smaller surrounding hamlets and opening up the faith to them.
Establish an institution which rivals the Precept, a place where we control, manage and police magical use and activity - we cannot trust others to manage this.
Tilverton -
Duke Misrim and his Church of Cyricists. Show his people there is a better path in the light than the dark. What does this church offer his people that we cannot, and how do we sway them other than marching in there and purging the lot of them.
Ruins Below Arabel -
A plethora of religious information under the city, relating to both the faith and its previous iterations. This should be dubbed a holy site and taken under control of the Church.

The issue with Tilverton is not that they worship Cyric, it is that they are not permitted to leave their lands without the permission of Duke Obyn, in the past he has slaughtered them rather than allowing them to come to Eveningstar.
