      There seems to be some confusion about the Crown Guards, so going to try to clear that up now.

      1. The Crown Guard (with a few exceptions in their memberships) are nobles and should be treated with at least a modicum of respect.
      2. The Crown Guards (all of them) are the recognized law-enforcement agency of the city and should be treated as such.
      3. The Crown Guards have authority in all areas that begin with "Arabel" in the name. This includes Outskirts and Sewers.
      4. The Crown Guards aren't "just a militia". They are the King's hand-selected SWAT Team/Special Forces/etc.

        Of course if you ICly disrespect them or whatever, there will be IC consequences.

        • Talk shit, get hit
        • Bet arrested (or attempt at arrest, and if you flee, resisting arrest, escalating charges)
