I believe it is time to try and split the Precepts alliance with the Ravens
I have read the Precepts latest poster where they apologise
I have informed Kira that my investigation has revealed that Donie was complicit in Treths actions

However I would ask that you reconsider reparations to Tilverton, From being present at the battle and accounts gained after I am confident that the wizard Donie of the Ravens knew well what Treth was doing and allowed and assisted it.
During the battle I heard them speaking of planning to empower the circle of the devilish forces, believing they would be easier to handle than devils, I told them assisting either side was foolish but when I saw Volmar on the Battlements went to engage the warlock and protect as Polly she was up there hoping to avoid fighting like the pacifist she is.
Siona who was unknown to be a lycan at the time reported that she witnessed Treth and Donie working together on a circle
And that Donie allowed Treth to speak with and fuse with a fiend
Thus the breaking of laws on the Dukes land was allowed by a Raven

I have spoke with Polly as well and asked her to advise the Precept not to pay Tilverton.
They will likely have to leave Tilverton but it will weaken the Dukes magical assistance

I have sent Kira some relevant reports from our files as proof that from the investigation that I made into the infernalism in Tilverton that Ravens supported it, and that after the Tethgard battle Conrad stated that infernalism was fine as the King had licensed it
The rest is up to Kira to convince the Precepts elders
