He is known to been responsible for the death of citizens of Hillmarch due to careless and reckless behaviour, Has most likely aided Dourhand enslave sentient creatures even if they are monsters and assualted a citizen known as Hightower.
He will be called for questioning and then arrested for his other crimes and questioned fully on his dark fire and the fusing with a fiend

It is also known that Treth summons fiends.
He claims that the Crown have him this vile privilege for his aid against the rebellion.
Still it makes the charge of infernalism seem more solid as only someone of wicked intent willingly summon devils and other fiends

I have spoke with Donie with Adelaide present.
Donie states that during the battle of Tilverton whilst myself and Adelaide fought Volmar, Treth conversed with a bone fiend in infernal before apparently fusing with it

Treth attacked the group that went to kill Volmar, He came from behind it seemed and screamed hello little savage to Ursula whilst using Fiends, Fireballs, Tentacles and more against us.
In the end Adelaide and her wands brought him down and he was executed for his crimes on the spot
When his corpse was burned after slaying Volmar his spirit seemed to leave his body before being claimed by something.
