A base for the company

So in my patrols of the roads, near the hamlet of Aunkspear, I came across an abandoned fishing hut. I have claimed it for the Red Scar Irregulars. Come and see me for a key.
As you would expect, there is a good fishing spot, and I put a rod and some bait in the storage chest, along with a few other odds and ends. Feel free to take from there anything you need. Other things of note there are beehives, hops, cherry trees, aloe, and comfrey that grow hereabout. Likewise there is a signal bell for guests, and a messenger raven.
