Councilor Arn is dead.
He was slain by the Murrain and the Raven called Pierre for a bounty offered by house Mossmere on the Baron Croaker, which was his guise. Councilor Arn was responsible for the corruption of the Ritual the Talontar druid did to poison the lands around Eveningstar which resulted in a rift being opened and Slaadi to pour forth. He was connected to this rift in some manner and it was siphoning his soul slowly and thus gave him some command over the beasts. With his death the rift closed to my understanding. Slaadi still remain around and will reproduce in the ways inwhich they do with claw and infection.
It is also comes to light that it was he whom was responsable for the ritual which brought forth a pitfiend into caves within Ogre territories and not the Precept known as Loric. Loric was rash and wreckless, Arn used this to cover his own actions and pushed the blame upon Loric.
The Ravens of Tilverton shall have to put forth a new councilor.
