We have received the following declaration of intent from the mystran priest Al-Rashid. I have cautioned him in their investigation and should we wish to further discuss their organization, we can do so here. I have informed him the Council will be looking forward to their progress.

Members of the Council,
I am Amin al-Din Abd Al-Rashid, I operate with several like minded members of an order "Seekers of the Fallen Stars". We aim to investigate the Helmlands for a means to contain it's growth and understand it's many alien properties. To this effect, we wish to rebuild and operate the abandoned research facility left in the Helmlands for long term research and expeditions. The site would keep the more dangerous elements of the research of the Helmlands and it's denizens in an environment of low risk to others.
We've already secured a mercantile sponsor to fund the process, lumber, personnel and magical equipment required for long term activity. I leave this missive merely as a declaration of intent.
