      Issue Description: The Queen Rat never appeared in the boss fight room. All other spawns showed up throughout the quest, even in the boss room, just not the actual boss. I searched the entire house for the queen. Loot even spawned properly, just not the boss. Cannot complete the quest.

        Second run, still missing the Queen Rat, quest is broken and un-completable (not sure about beetles, but at least the rat spawn is broken)
