      Issue Description: When making the Appraise check to lower the cost of the random item from Chantra, the skill check fails despite the roll passing the DC.

        I just tested it IG with both bazaar merchants and it worked on a successful roll.

        So far, unable to reproduce bug. Please update if it happens again.
