Dwarven Battle Cry Bard Song

Something is off with the song.
It doesn't seem to give the boons that the item descript lists.
Sung at bard lvl 8 it seems to give 10 hp, -2 AC, +1 ab, +2 str, some amount of dmg immunity, +2 will.
I don't notice any skills increasing.

I've invested enough UMD to be able to use it.
It doesn't say "effects dwarf only" unlike the "effects good only" healing property on the angelic song (whatever its called)

- Item has the wrong song attached to it.
- Should only be used by Dwarf and not with UMD
Next time a DM grabs the module we'll fix that issue and IG documentation to match the forum which says it is Dwarven Only. We'll also have to do the same for the ElvenSong
