And still it stands....

A grand gala was held today at the Misrim estate to honour the Order of the Aster. How it came to end in blood and bodies is a source of great speculation. Some say it was all a ploy and the Misrims had actually lured the Order there to murder them all. Others say the Lord Lady herself was injured in the attack. Some reports say Lord Eskil Mossmere made a rare appearance and saved the day. The well known House Bard, Osco Appleblossom, figures prominently as both a villain and hero as tales of the event are spread,
Outside of the House of Coin, more witnesses claim that there was fighting in the streets between those of House Misrim and the Aster, with many of the Crimson Guard unsure of what to do but keep people out of the way. The Crimson Legion were out in full force, guarding the walls and briefly even the gates to the city were closed in preparation for an attack that never came.
As evening turned to early morning, order had been restored. Whispers begin in the coming days that the Countess of Charity, Lady Misrim was dead but they are quickly countered by those who claim to have seen her making her way to the Palace to meet with the other Regal Peers and Council of Twelve.
An uneasiness settles on the people of the Clover District for the first time since the arrival of the White Witch. The only response given to the curious from the house guards is:
"Misrim Stands"
