OOC: How to use this

As a council with varied membership and conflicting ideas, it is expected there will be some spirited disagreements. To facilitate things moving along though please follow the below so council business can progress.
Step One
- Make a discussion thread in the general Twelve Council forum about the topic being discussed
e.g -
- What colour should we paint the chairs?
Step Two
- Make a post with the discussion thread link pasted into it, as well as all the vote options. [I'd recommend only have 2-3 at most or there will not be a majority. Leave the poll open ended for time.
e.g -
- VOTE: What colour should we paint the chairs?
- Purple
- Orange
- Pink
