Tendrils of Corruption

Something vile spreads tendrils of corruption in the lands of Arabel. Famers begin to see their livestock grow sick and crops rotting in barns. Travelers bring troubling tales of fouled water sources causing illness all along the Moonsea Road and withering flora. Some within the city talk of the Black Tribe and rumors that these are no common orcs but bringers of corruption and death.
War of a different kind has come to an already beleaguered and troubled land....

A growing dread creeps through those of the wilds....reports of druid monuments being defiled and corrupted trickle into the city....some claim to have witnessed White Stags gone mad with bloodlust but those are mostly dismissed....fearful whispers of the Black Tribe become more and more common...

...More whispers are heard of the vile Black Orc Tribe. Curiosities that most had never given a thought to now are noticed. A pile of stones splashed with blood... An old tree stump seeping ichor.... Animal carcasses untouched by wildlife, rotting in the land....
...Not all talk is dire though, some bring word of brave adventurers roaming the country in search of something or someone and taking the fight to the Orcs while White stag are seen in greater numbers than ever before...
