      Issue Description: !(glitterdust.PNG image url) vs a03ddbc1-0a01-48c5-9997-45081a5d6b0d-image.png This causes the caster to be included in the AoE no matter what.

              It seems to no longer target the caster, but the vfx for it went from glitter to colorspray. I will double check and edit this if it changed again.
