Issue Description: I had checked my .ss List and saw I had zero points in alchemy. I allocated 5 points in alchemy via .ss add alchemy 5. When I checked .ss list again, I had 10 points in alchemy. For some reason i got double points.

I -think- you get some base SS points from your stats. So maybe that's where they came from?
