My cleric is strength and war domains and I'm getting divine power at circle III. The cleric changes say I shouldn't be getting it till Circle IV. I'm not sure which domain is the culprit.

It is likely the Strength Domain not overriding properly as that domain in vanilla grants access to Divine Power as a level 3 spell. Please refrain from using it while we investigate.

found the issue. Hak update will be needed to fix.

This is also effecting the Greater Magic Weapon spell, which appears to remain at the default. To recap:
Only get Divine Power as a III circle spell, do not get it at IV or V
Get Greater Magic Weapon at both III and IV -
Attempted fix will be deployed soon.
