The Little Things You'd Like To See Changed

Z axis stuff… climbable buildings, flying at different heights, proper swimming, etc.
Cover- ie: able to get % cover bonus for hiding behind crates, etc.
Fix whirlwind attack.
Effeciency improvements: would be nice to be able to have more NPCs to represent crowds in certain areas, add ambiance, give you a clear idea / feeling of how an area is. (Can I blend in to a crowd, or is there actually 12 people here).
Better AI (and PC pathfinding). Variable monster group fighting styles, morale breaking events/checks (i.e. sneak into a mob of goblins and take out the goblin chieftan and all gobos bust make a will save/morale check or attempt to flee.) Wish we could use more heartbeat scripts to get more realistic reactions out of guards when sneaking, etc.
Sums up everything for me right there.

That's called promotion and it happens. There have been Lionars, House Captains, Sheriff Marshals, Militia Lieutenants, Red Hart Templars, Official Clergy, Knight titles given ,and the list goes on. NPC are there to provide some continuity and stability for a faction while giving feedback to the players that are actually "running" the faction.
I seem to recall a post some time ago where it was made clear the DMs will let PCs advance to higher and higher ranks and positions of power as they are earned IG. Remember, ICly it has taken most of those NPCs years of service to get to where they are right now so a PC needs to do something truely extraordinary to surpass them quickly.

Soooo, dungeons and dragons online, sept with mechanics closer to nwn and on a private server that enforces rp or boot.
