      Issue Description:

      This necklace appears different than what is listed on the forums. The forums state its meant to have a Spell bonus Bard 0, while the game version its missing

      Additionally spellcraft is no longer used - I believe it got migrated to Knowledge: Arcana? But the forums dont reflect that change.
