Randomly changing Druid Companion name

Issue Description: I have a Mountain Bear companion I found in the Mountains. I never renamed him. Everytime I summon him his name changes based on my location when he is summoned. He started as Mountain Bear, then Hullack Mountain Bear, back to Mountain Bear, the Wild Mountain Bear. This seems to only be a name cosmetic issue, the stats do not seem to be effected. Was informed this should not be happening to a Companion animal, Was asked to post this bug report by Strife and Discord.

Should be fixed as of version 20240404 Strife 8268.
Please confirm once the version is live.
