Leader: Skull Ironcrown
Memebers: Adrian Iverlesk, Francesca Vandern, Emelia LyonsbaneDetails: After meeting with Seshores and Ironcrown in Slingdyke we proceeded up to Griffon Hill and followed directions to a trail that led into a forest.
Francesca and Amakiir scouted and found a misty cave with groaning coming from under it, and a path that was trapped, Francesca was able to disarm them and eventually we came upon an undead knight in the heraldry of the Black Chalice.
This was slain and we proceeded, noticing a fiend. I used a wand of dismissal on it and it worked, However Ironcrown went ahead and stepped on a trap, wounding himself, Amakiir and Francesca.
More fiends came, and they were dismissed and we came upon a cultist of the chalice who called a powerful fiend.
They were defeated and our rescue target was revealed as Lady Misrim and her child.
We left with her.
I will note that despite being leader, Ironcrown has no leadership skills and gave orders and didn't listen to the scouts often walking over traps they had mentioned.

I have raised a number of issues with the Obsidian Skulls commands concerning the contract in question. Please note Iverlesk did not raise his concerns to us, and vastly overestimates his own importance to the mission.
Iverlesk's opinion is not only completely irrelevant, but ignores the fact we did not need a mage, or indeed this report. The dismissal wands are grand, yes, but the types he's hawking can be made on street corners by the likes of Mossmere for a few gold a charge, and even I casted dismissal spells during these encounters with a handful of fiends. I do not purport to be some noble dwarven runesmith. My guess is Tilverton will develop a counter to it. If they don't the Skulls will crush them.
If this is what the council is for, I will resign and hand my seat to Domnik, who is the finest apprentice in the Skulls, and he can inform us if anything important arises.
