      I understand this mans father who was a noble refused to pay his taxes to Duke Misrim when the cult of the black chalice was formed and was executed and the titles stripped.

      He has joined this transcendence to fight the cult it seems.

      However the imbecile threatened to murder me if I fine the fool dwarf Allclan for refusing to register as a Spellcaster

      He needs teaching a harsh lesson for threatening harm on one of noble blood

        Duke Obyn stripped him of his title and lands for failing to uphold his service of loyalty.

        Dangle the possibility of getting these back if he proves himself useful.
