      I believe we should make a permit to enter the ruins below the city.

      It is likely this Brotherhood may seek out items and relics of Amunator and damage them as a heretical faith, Considering they are connected to the regions history and may be magically significant this would be harmful.

      Naturally House Mossmere would be exempt from this
