      Barena, Also known as The Artist is an unregistered caster who refuses to register her foul sorcerous ways and makes insulting sendings towards myself and the Crown Guard whilst being an abject coward.

      She was also witnessed speaking with the Castellan in the Stonelands, But he left when myself and Glendur approached

      harsh re-education is needed to remove her rebellious streak
