Investigation: Animated tooth

Thurdin of the Skulls lost a tooth and Elsa made a replacement of wood and tried to use some variety of magic on it from my understanding.
The tooth however fell out and became large, causing issues in Clover Market as it attacked people
I will obtain a statement from Thurdin and charge her, I expect Hooliganism will suffice.

I have spoke with Thurdin
He says he lost a tooth in a brawl with Borag and Elsa felt bad about it and tried to make a replacement from wood and a diamond. She tried to make it take by using healing magic from some manner of stave. This caused the wood to grow and it fell out and became animated and attacked people in the clover market, it was brought down then rose again.
She will be called to the Crown if she confesses to her foolishness she can pay a fine of 1000 for Hooliganism.
If she tries to lie again I would charge her with magical crimes as she tampered with his body and that is a crime as written
