Companions of the breach

I met one Octavia Flip Hawke who claims to represent a group of around 8 adventurers known as the Companions of the Breach.
She stated that they are looking for contracts and interestingly she claimed to have previously taken a contract for a Lich claiming to be Raubagaush.
It is doubtful to me that this is truly Raubagaush, or he, as a hero of the revolution, would have made his presence known after his arcane tower was demolished.
Octavia has claimed that if the Lich is not Raubagaush, then she will find out who he is.
