The Elven Statues on the Eveningstar Bandit Quest and the Elementals on the Halfhap Tilverton quest trigger the negative energy “stat drain” effect when being attacked by undead summons - might be worth checking they aren’t stat drained as they shouldn’t be!

The VFX will apply regardless of immunity, not a bug.
