I have obtained information from the druidess Ursula on the mushrooms recently outlawed by the council for their dangerous side effects including from what I have seen in the Helmlands turning people into fungal monstrosities

She states a circle of Myconids near the Helmlands grow Fungi which absorb the chaotic energies of the Helmlands, A druid allied to the Myconids began to sell them and the Lower House became a supplier

More recently the Council convinced the druid to stop selling to the Lower House and formed a deal where House Mossmere, The Precept and Druids can buy them.

I will work on getting an exact location of this supplier and perform further investigation, Due to recent behaviours from the Precept I do not think they can be trusted with such

Finding the source and cutting it off would be useful as we don't want adventurers being twisted by the magics of the Helmlands

In fact, if she publicly denounces the Cyricist's claim, reports their activities, and acquire any contraband they collect in Tilverton, we may be open to splitting the tithe with her.

The Talonites did attack the city in the past, I understand a cult called the Murrain unleashed plagues

I have reminded her of this and said we are not inclined to grant the church priviledges unless amends are made and suggested she deliver us the necromancer Kold or the bandit Marchetti of the Cyricists and such should be suffcient
