Proposal: How we expand our rights into Eveningstar

Now that Adelaides actions has softened up the House of Morning, I propose the following additions to the lawbooks.
Recognise the Official faith of Lathander in Arabel, as being the one dictated by the House of Morning. It will allow them to prosecute heretics, and will be a great boon.
Secondly, we bring the Aster closer to the Crown, by allowing Dawnknights (rank 3), to handle criminal activities in the kingdom, of a serious or lesser nature.
They will not be allowed to so INSIDE Arabel city. Capital punishment should still be reserved for the Crownguard, or be something the Knights need to ask permission for beforehand.In return, The Crownguard be allowed the same priviledges inside the lands of the House of Morning, by the same approach as we have with the Dawnknights.
In short, we give them a little, in exchange for expanding the influence of the Crownguard. AND we bring the Knights of Aster close to the crown, by taking a small step towards removing them from the House of Morning.

I was under the impression that Lathander was an approved and recognised faith of the city. The church did after all get to send ordained clergy to the council.

As you pointed out only a day or two ago Mr. Swift, our lawbooks are incomplete and in horrid condition. Perhaps they are the official church of Lathander. But unless it is made clear to the general public, how will they know their rights and obligations?S.F
