Investigation: Cruel experiments in the sewers

Last night a sending was made, seeming like a citizen had found a wererat nest in the sewers.
Myself, Adelaide, Alparin and Polly went to assist and descended into what we thought was the nest.
Instead we found the grate locked on us.
We proceeded through a series of experiments that seemed to test our morals, like levers, 1 would release a kidnapped vagrant which would attack us, the other a flesh golem making us decide between killing innocents or risking death ourselves, we chose the golems
In the last room was a gagged man, the person running experiments said we could leave and the man would die or one of us could drink a vial from the alchemist table, It looked volitaile but Polly and Alparin were unable to determine what it was, thinking it may be mind effecting Adelaide chose to drink it thinking I could subdue her if needed
It killed her and the man was released through a grate, We took Adelaide to the temple of Tymora and raised her.
This Pete who made the original sending must be tracked down and the freed man should be called to answer questions
