Royal activity in Collinwood

Whilst speaking with Dominic, Adelaide, and Siona. We witnessed the Queen's chariot passing by Eveningstar on its way to Collinwood. Heavily guarded, it was granted entrance into Cormyrian territory. Dame Drakebane was present, along with several Arabellan militia members. Rumors has it soon after the Queen's arrival, a War Wizard was spotted. The diplomatic arrangement was brief and uneventful, with the Queen returning with several Cormyrian goods. Food was donated by the Queen to the poorer districts of the capital, feeding the hungry.
I can only assume that the Queen is seeking either an alliance or trade deal with Cormyr, my attending allies who also witnessed the happening agreed.
