Miles' Longbow of Killing Stuffs
+2 Enhancement
Cast invisibility once a day
Perhaps autofeat: Rapid Shot
Only useable by: Teh Stalyn family!!11oneThis is the bow Miles was given by his brother, Sam "Sammy" Stalyn, and has been used by Miles in every hunt since he was 13 years of age. This bow was particularly easy to string and fire, making rapid shooting quite easily possible. When one is holding the bow, if they chant a special phrase, they become quite hard to see, making it especially valuable for hunting.
edit: sheesh, typos are bayad.

Tuldor's Hammer o' Ilmaters Smiting
Only Usable by:Good
Only usable by:Lawful
Attack Bonus +3
On Hit Cast Spell: Hammer of the GodsThis mysterious weapon was forged by Tuldor in the year 1342, the year of Wild Magic. Amazingly enough, Ilmater saw it fit to embue this hammer with magical energies that would smite all opponents to the user. However, such powerful magics had to be protected, so Ilmater put a ward on the hammer that only those a a good and lawful heart could wield it. Later Tuldor got bored and chiseled in it "Tuldor's Hammer o' Ilmaters Smiting."
AND my favorite weapon.
Hammer of Death
Only Usable by: Evil
Attack Bonus +3
On hit cast spell: Finger of Death (Level 40)This ancient hammer has the power to instantly kill those who do not have the will to survive. The great smith, Smitious Killerious decided to make this hammer to be able to slay his enemies instantly. Later, the War Wizard Caughtya Evildude found him and took the hammer for himself, to desasterious effects. He got kicked out of the War Wizards, and sought vengence upon them. Using this happen he has killed Purple Dragons and War Wizards alike that have come near him. Be warned, some legends say he goes under the fake name of Tuldor Ginfer and pretends to be an elf of Ilmater.
:P Sorry couldn't resist.

It would be cool if people were actually coming up with ideas fitting the criterion (i.e. suitable for the power level of Arabel).
Here's one quick idea before I go to bed.
Hunter's Helm
This immense black horned helm is common among senior ranking Druids and Priests of the Clergy of Malar. The symbolism of the stag's antlers is a reminder to the bearer that in an instant even the mightiest hunter can become the prey, and indeed that there is only one choice: hunt, or be hunted.+5 Move Silently
+5 Animal Empathy
+10 Spot
+10 Listen
Cast: Awaken 1/day
Cast: True Seeing 1/day
-2 CHA
useable only by Druid/Cleric that is neutral/evilA bit too powerful for Arabel I admit… but at least it doesn't have the "Summon Greater Malar Panther 3/Day" ability.

Epic Fake Mustache of Disguise.
(( I think it should be a helm …))+30 Bluff
Created by the Mexican Halfling Mage, Raul Gonzales, to avoid problems with the police (his wife) so he could go to a disco party without been recognized.
The peacemaker. ( New militia long sword )
Long sword Vorpal DC28 vs. halflings.
Because if the Hin is not guilty, someday he will be.
-
The Maniac
Hand axe +2 +1d6 vs. everything beside halflings, wounding.( red aura )
Axe used by the Barbarian halfling called Chucky, the one from the terror movies.
Chucky was actually a bandit who died but managed to make a dark ritual and pass his soul into a toy that looked like a kid. -
Self Preservation
A simple bronze amulet from which hangs a disc covered in primitive symbols. Thought to have once been inteligent, the amulet has become mostly powerless in recent years. While it has grown far too bored with the world to ever act or communicate on its own, its most basic wish shows through. Self Preservation. Some might think it would be a curse to wear an amulet that does its best to escape destruction, but those who have been tugged this way or that in a melee by the amulet only to be spared a crushing blow to the chest, or those who have avoided a lethal spear trap by ducking to pick up their amulet that fell to the floor of its own accord, would attest to its use.

Very interesting thread. I see very good ideas here.
One of them (and an actual Ilmaterian character from v2) inspired me for this:
Hands of the Martyr
Agamand Lightbinder was a devouted Ilmaterian, who believed that Ilmater would support only those who suffer on his name, something that unbelievers could not benefit. He wanted to help all who hurt, so he ordered this gloves to be crafted, allowing him to transfer the wounds of a target to himself. He was a very tough individual, and could endure a lot of pain. He died using it's power to save someone he loved.
Unique special power/unlimited uses/day:
- Fully heal a wounded target and deals the same amount of damage to self.
I'll try to add a few more when I have the time and creativity to come up with ideas.

Sword of Command
Enchanted +1[edit]
Bonus charisma + 2 [edit]
WarCry 1/day
Kaspar Silverhair was a baseborn soldier in the King's service that seemed to inspire whoever he was fighting with and who's commanding voice was as intimidating to his foes as it was encouraging to his allies and comrades. He was famous for never leaving his dark long sword out of sight even when he slept he had the sword under his head. Due to his ability to lead he was quickly advancing through the ranks and as such he made many enemies among the noble officers.
In the end they managed to get Kaspars secret through the use om a taleneted sorceress that used a combination of seduction and magic to lure Kaspar to reveal that the power of command was bound into his sword. Much to the noble officers disappointment the sorceress stole the sword from Kaspar and where she took it is not known by many.

Greatian arrows
Glass tipped arrows filled with a dark thick substance.
50% chance cast grease on impact. No damage.
On critical failure (roll of 1 on the attack roll) cast grease on self. The elven tribes of the north of faerun have been locked in a deadly battle with neighbouring orc bands. The battle raged for many millenia with neither side gaining the upper hand. The elves' prowess with ranged weapons counterbalanced by the orcs physical strength up close. To tip the scales in their favour the elves resorted to commisionning a weapon from the gnomes. This measure of desperation which acknowledged the stalemate resulted in the creation of arrows with a glass tip that explodes on impact spreading grease on a wide area. The gnomes being very proud of their invention have sold these "Greatian arrows" willingly however the secret of their creation which is much more complex than it seems has been jealously guarded. Rumours of malfunctioning arrows have been surfacing almost as quickly as the weapon itself but the gnomes insist those are mere rumours and their usefulness vastly counterbalances the problems they might have in the eyes of their users.

Edit: Useable by druid onlyForged by the minor druid Celahir to guard a lair of hatchling red wyrms who's parents, a couple of hottempered dragons who had been terrorizing a few villages, had been slain by adventurers, it found it's way into the other parts of Faerun after the druid and the hatchlings were slain by other adventurers who hadn't heard about the killing of of the dragons responsible and wanted to claim the bounty that was put out for them.

Olvar's Helm of the right path
Helm: ability to use ranger tracking tool once per day
Olvar was the son of a rich cormyrian noble. Good looks and easy ways made him popular with the girls and this was only compounded when he officially asked to join the ranks of the purple dragon as a scout. Olvar fancied the color purple and felt this would make him appear even more dashing. There was only a slight issue; olvar was useless as a woodsman and he couldn't track a prey to save his life or even worse be accepted as a dragon.
Aware of his shortcoming he secretly contacted the neabye thayan enclave who were all too happy to manufacture (and overcharge) him a helm identical to those the dragons wore but that allowed olvar to track his preys with uncanny accuracy.
Olvar's story ended during a routine patrol when he sought to impress his comrades by tracking them towards a dragon. Magical implements not necessarily replacing experience he failed to understand that the reason the dragon's tracks had ended was that it had taken flight and was circling above. This error was betrayed by the several scorchmarks discovered by wandering woodsmen a few days later.
The thayans have experienced some success in replicating weaker and somewhat cheaper versions of Olvar's helm. Rumour has it that these helms can track anything except for the red wizards themselves.

Tymora's Silver Deck
Unique Power Self Only (1 Charge per Use)
Number of Charges: 50
Only Usable by Class: ClericSaid to be a blessing from Lady Luck herself, and given to the most devout luckbringers, this appears at first to be a particularly intricate deck of 50 cards. When a card is drawn by a faithful of Tymora and held aloft, an effect occurs based on what is on the face of the card. It is said her divine power guides the most devout hands to pull the card that is most needed at the time.
Scripted Effect: Random ability, centered on caster. Sample list of possible effects include:
Bless, Remove Fear, Remove Paralysis, Prayer, Remove Blindness/Deafness, Dismissal, Healing Circle, Banishment, Mass Heal, Word of Faith, Undeath's Eternal Foe, Mass Camoflauge, Aura of Vitality, Gust of Wind, Undeath to Death, Protection from Spells, Mass Haste, Mind Blank, Great Thunderclap, Time Stop. Possible to script a Mass Greater Restoration?
Stronger effects have less of a chance of being pulled than weaker effects, but some adjustment may be needed (since the user can't choose the actual effect being drawn). Actual effects, number of cards in a deck, and chances of getting a good effect are at DM discretion. Should have "Tymora" in the diety field, else, "You pull a card, but nothing happens."

The Accord.
Tired of years of warfare between two minor Lords over little more than blood relations and territory, enlightened members of both families attempted to secure peace by arranging a marriage between their respective houses. Eager to see the newfound unity well established by the birth of a child from such a union, each of the families had a short bladed sword commissioned to be presented upon childbirth. The blades were intended to complement each other perfectly, yet to be absolutely unwieldy if ever handled separately. Unfortunately the couple gave birth to twins, each of which was given one of the swords. Realising the uselessness of the blades individually, the brothers inevitably came into conflict, which left both dead and a recommencing of bloodshed between the families. The blades vanished shortly thereafter and the Lord’s eventually faded into relative obscurity.

Wink of Bane
Black gauntlet with a ruby on the back of each hand: use haste on self once per day. 25% chance of confusion cast on self per round hasted.
No one is certain of when these gauntlets were made or if they did indeed belong to Bane himself. None of the litterature concerning him makes mention of them afterall. What is known is that around 25 years ago a set of Jet black gauntlets with a ruby imbeded on the back of each hand appeared. The gauntlets have changed hands, as it were, with a morbid regularity which has helped spread their legend. This tied in to the unhealthy fascination that followers of Bane have for this item has helped fan the rumours about their origin.
The gauntlet allows its wearer to increase the speed of his movement; everyone around appears to be standing still or moving in slow motion. Either the enchantment is faulty in some manner or the intensity of the speed is too much for normal beings to bear and the user of this item often end up confused and dazed as to everything around them. No matter how quick their movement might be a target standing still helps the ownership changes of this relic.

It is believed to be the cause for the increasing reports of werecows in the city, and some say that werecows seem to Moo whenever they sense the bell's prescense.
Inside the bell lies the inscription of its maker, a sir Froodle Berriwood, just your ordinary average farmer who found he had a unique skill for crafting Cow Bells. However, the amount of cowbells of this quality in the world have dropped immensely do to sir Berriwood's unexpected disappearance.

The Singing Sword
(I've seen lots of different swords going by this name in D&D stuff, but I thought I'd take a stab at it myself.)
A longsword crafted in the elven style, gleaming with everbright. On the blade is a stylized engraving of a elven woman singing. The sword sings, continuously, with an elfmaid's clear voice, but with a metallic tone to it. The singing seems to be produced by fine vibrations of the blade itself. The Singing Sword seems to possess some sort of intelligence, as the song it sings will be appropriate to the circumstances: a gentle pastoral when in the quiet countryside; a rousing fighting song when in combat. When in the hands of a capable bard, the sword will sing accompaniment to the bard's song.
It is often thought that the Harpers were responsible for the creation of swords in this style. However, the Harpers are known for their discretion, and this sword is anything but discrete – it never stops singing. Adventuring parties have been known to violently break up over frustration at a Singing Sword's ceaseless music. Fortunately, this particular sword is paired with an enchanted sheath that effectively muffles the Singing Sword's song.
