Lost soul near Eveningstar

I have heard tales from local druids of an undead who wanders the wood near Eveningstar in search of a champion to take up the protection of the Eveningstar. The legend goes that this unfinished business prevents his soul from resting. I was wondering if the Order of Aster has any information they could share regarding this poor wretch so that I might endeavor to lay him to rest properly.
Perhaps you or one of the Priests of the town could illuminate this path?
