Prestigigitation targets

Issue Description: The 1st lvl Spell Prestidigitation seems to have no vaild targets to cast it on. I have tried Boxs (Was already weight reduction so I get it), Ore, DM Loot Heavy Armor, PC Crafted Dagger, PC Crafted Crossbow, and a Bedroll... all have been reported as "Invalid Targets" by the server.

However...

The item does have the temporary weight reduction.

It's the same with light usually, but the effect is applied regardless
