Wood Elf subrace broken + losing languages

Wood Elf racial properties are not applied. It was typed in exactly as it was presented in the PC races section "Wood Elf". Resting did not fix it, relog did not fix it. In fact relog made it lose tradeskill journal and all languages and did not return them at any point.

Another relog and it is giving this message. After interacting with a mushroom patch I noticed the book and languages returned though, so that is good! Just need stats adjusted.

I think our subrace system might be completely broken and need a rewrite entirely.
