Upon creation of a character (Sun-Elf) I was not given my racial language token. Attempting to select new languages (Alzhedo) did not give me a token either. I cannot select either language via dot commands nor understand them if spoken around my character. I have plenty of language slots according to my intelligence, but I didn't try to select another one when Alzhedo didn't spawn in my inventory.

The new 'subraces' are known not to receive languages. Known bug. Simply ask a DM to give you the languages you wish.
