There appears to be no record of Draconic words within the library, the Librarian furthermore suggests the rarity of such knowledge.
Certain books suggest a Dragon commonly leaves its natural habitat following a territorial dispute or while in search of a mate.
Furthermore the information upon the different types of Dragons are very limited however they contain a basic summary of each and the recorded or assumed habits of each.
_Black Dragon
Widely regarded as beings of pure immorality Black Dragons are perhaps the most evil of all true Dragons. Found wherever great vegetation and water collide a majority of sightings derive from marshes though have been known to occur in dense forestry. Notoriously aggressive they usually assault and slaughter whatever crosses their paths.Blue Dragons
Favouring heated climates Blue Dragons are exceptionally vain and defensive, this much is known. Thought to counter anything of which contends them within their domain their carnivorous nature has made them a notable threat to envoys seeking passage through deserts for many years.Brass Dragons
Notoriously sociable Brass Dragons appear to prefer conversation to aggression however when forced to act they have been found to be extremely quick. Often banding together with neighbours, of whom they are thought to keep in contact with, it is not a rarity for Brass Dragons to combine when faced with a common enemy. Said to employ suggestion or sleeping gas to occupy aggression it is thought that Brass Dragons are the most humble of all true Dragons, an element that comes across in their approach to hostility.Bronze Dragons
Found predominantly near either deep salt or fresh water Bronze Dragons have had numerous conflicts upon the sea. Dedicated to a strong sense of justice these Dragons are believed to be intolerant in the face of anarchy. There have been numerous recordings of venturing parties noting the on looking gaze of a Bronze Dragon which have led many to hypothesise they take a keen interest in the activity of intelligent beings such as Humanoids.Copper Dragons
Regarded widely as the jesters of draconic beings due to their love of joke-tellings, riddles and pranks Copper Dragons have been found within dry and rocky terrain more often than not. While most encounters have been good natured there have been tendencies for their amusement to have a sting of sorts.Gold Dragons
Embodiments of purity and goodwill these Dragons often embark upon crusades against evil and promotional endeavours of kindness. Sightings have been numerous and less than conclusive in identifying the preferred lair of these majestic Dragons.Green Dragons
Widely regarded as the calculated politician of draconic races, were there to be one, these Dragons have a preference for woodland forests. Direct encounters have been few and far between however popular belief stemming from their reputation is they employ ploys to engage hostility rather than personal bouts of strength.Red Dragons
Notoriously vain and prideful Red Dragons tirelessly amass great hordes in their mountain lairs. Considered the exemplary of evil dragons they are particularly ferocious and menacing leading to a well earned reputation of dread.Silver Dragons
Good natured these Dragons have a rich history with humanoids of whom they are thought to often interact with despite a reluctance to interfere. Although found anywhere various records of conflicts with Red Dragons suggest mountainous terrain to be their preference.White Dragons
The most animalistic and simpleminded of the true Dragons they are thought to prefer artic areas. Detailed accounts on them are in short supply, perhaps due to their simplemindedness or preference for frozen climates_. -
_{The search continues in the Arabel public libraries, Oghman library, and through House Fezznicks books. Knowing the link between dragonblood in humans, and the natural ability to use the weave Brooks tries to find Draconic words that might be more widely known due to their links to spells as verbal components
He also continues to search for recordings of specific instances of dragon sightings in or near Arabel, concentrating mostly on Blue and Brass Dragons and battles that may have occurred}_
