Private Roarke, I can indeed make arrows. Unfortunately, most trees around the city are not suitable for high-quality arrows, most of the few I had to plant it myself and it does take some time to be useful for that end.
I can make Juniper, Yew, Oak and Occasio arrows. They are good against Aberrations, Outsiders, undeads and general use, in that order. I'll ask for 200 coins for 99 arrows of any kind, but probably won't be able to make any big order we just don't have enough trees.
Back to the topic in question, my 2 cents.
I'm fine with the level of consumables as is, simply because it allows the players to do hard quests with smaller parties. So that's a good thing.
During DM events the number of consumables can make things unbalanced, but there are tools for that well, as I said before Lannister had a really cool plot idea around that. And let's not forget we, as players, can improve as well. We always split whatever loot we find by the end of the quest, even if the one collecting is holding 50 healing potions and a frontline might be running out of it.
