Sun Elf holdings and Necromacers.
[Trikk'ta'apicc begins making frequent visits to the Library. These trips happen during low times of traffic, and largely because of this, a pile of prefered tomes begins to build in one of the more quiet corners…
Trikk's interests seem to focus on tomes regarding Elven Justice handed down by Sun Elves both near and far - recent and ancient; more specifically, whether there are any known instances of them holding prisoner pens in subterranean lairs, or those located near places where such foes can be dispatched by fiery submersion into lava pits.
Days pass with little success and Trikk now turns to asking a few of the more quiet librarians for this information...]
GoT as it really should be…
I believe that CoA has long sought to emulate the intrigue and moral ambiguity of GoT with several degrees of success. Even after a long list of achievements players clamor the DM team for more GoT-like ambiguity… fret not DM team! Tools exist to aid those seeking to re-create such a colorful setting... it goes without saying that the material penned by Mr. Martin is brilliant and perhaps too intricate for mortal minds to grasp, this video will aid greatly in achieving greater immersion, and ultimately, player satisfaction...
Behold - CoA's next evolutionary step!
RE: Research on Tressym Longsword
I offer gratitude for speedy response to this request of mine. I apologize if my intent was muddled - I have been long without rest.
You are correct, the local folklore speaks of the Tressym Sword, not its re-forging.
The re-forging is my personal interest. Additionally I have interest on other weapons made by these Sword Heralds - weapons possessing similar qualities to the Tressym Sword. If additional information ever crosses your fingers, please alert me, I will gladly recompense your time and efforts.
Research on Tressym Longsword
Distinguished scholars and people of knowledge,
I am Luele Isilome. I seek word on an oft spoken weapon of local folklore, the Tressym Longsword. More specifically, I seek word on whether there has ever been a precedent on such a weapon being successfully re-forged into another form or if variants already exist.
It is my intent to locate a pair and see if perhaps using two will cause some sort of magical and musical resonance.
I eagerly await any help. I shall return periodically to check upon any progress made.
*A dust-crusted elven male enters the …
… city library during the dark hours of night. After a few days of lingering in the darkest areas of the entrance he approaches the caregiver and haltingly asks for aid.*
Yes, yes - Uruvion will clean up after himself, see?
This one looks for tomes of old. Tomes that speak of annuling and correcting cerain rituals of deaths' passage to ensure passage to the correct path - see? Not so hard to look for, no.
If not this, Uruvion seeks tome to help revive something temporarily without disturbing rest, long enough to move to other place - eh?
Yes. Uruvion can wait and will keep looking night after night, he will clean up after himself - yes.
It seems like general consensus - things are stagnant, period.
There's only so much that can be done by single players in a seeming place of exclusivity. I was more than happy to end my main PC's life in order to get the story moving along in a direction, any direction.
It is my personal opinion that some people are too worried about confrontation and the possible level loss associated with it. As I have heard several times - its not about how many levels you get under your belt, its about the story. Right?
Here's hoping for a small colonic cleansing - cheers!
